阿凱隆酒店 (Arcelon Hotel)

Upon checking in, I was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff. The check-in process was smooth and easy, although I was surprised to find that I had to pay extra for tax, which was somehow excluded from the booking fee. The hotel is located within walking distance of a large shopping mall called Glòries, but it’s a bit further away from main attractions like the Sagrada Família. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. There’s a small swimming pool on the rooftop. Breakfast was amazing. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and the food was fresh and delicious. Overall, I’m very happy with the hotel.

房間稍微有點小，衞生打掃有些馬虎，不過這個性價比在巴塞算是不錯的了。優點是設施比較新，而且樓下就是一個有蠻多線路的公交站，走路6分鐘是地鐵站，去各大景點坐公交大約20-30分鐘，還算便利的。前台服務態度很好，大堂有咖啡和水，還有中文指示。

水回り、お部屋の綺麗度文句なし！ エントランスにウォーターサーバーがある。24時間くめる。空港の水より美味しい！炭酸水もくめる。ポットは部屋にある。スタッフも優しい。屋上はプールある。景観は良くないが気にならない。空港行きのトラムまで歩いて15分。市內行きのトラムまで10分。サグラダファミリアまで歩きで30分。治安は悪くない。ホテル周りに浮浪者はいない。スリには注意。スーパーが3分くらいである。9時から21時までしている。パン屋&カフェも近くにあるがランチ、ディナーのお店はホテル近くにはあまりない。

Hotel is good, a little far from tourist spots but metro is within 5 mins walk and its good its on a quite area. There are some restaurant around, but shop around cater more to the community that tourist So it good option if you want a localize vibe. Good size room and friendly staff, and nice breakfast spread. it has pool which is good during summer.

酒店大堂有提供斟水機，酒店內的員工服務很好並有禮貌，用英文溝通完全沒有問題。位置都還方便，5分鐘內有巴士站和地鐵站。

Hotel Arcelon was a great hotel, everything was clean, the rooftop pool was an amazing add on and experience, the breakfast buffet was surprisingly tasty (albeit quite expensive, 17 euro) The shower head was broken when I came in which was quite annoying, i would have thought they'd have this fixed prior to me using the room (had to fix it myself with some tape) also the tv was not a smart tv. Location is quite far from the better/tourist parts of barcelona however only a 15-20min walk or shorter transport to get there. Reception and staff exceptionally helpful and kind.

日本のホテルに慣れていると、アメニティの少なさ(シャンプー・ボディーソープ・ハンドソープ・ドライヤー・服用アイロン・タオル交換なし)はやや不便さを感じる。 ただ、複數駅からアクセスできることや小さいながらもプールがあることなどは嬉しい(バスタブがない部屋だったので、身體を水の中に入れられるだけで心なしか飛行機と徒歩で浮腫んだ足が楽になった気がする。なお、プール用にタオルを借りるなら20ユーロ必要)。 24時間受付しているため、チェックイン前に荷物だけ預けようとしたらすぐに部屋を整えてチェックインさせてくれたのもありがたかった。 近隣には徒歩10分程度で駅が2つ、徒歩1分ほどでバス停が1つある。 両脇にはスーパーやドラッグストアも。

Пребывание в отеле оставило только самые положительные впечатления - современный дизайн, зона отдыха в шаге от ресепшена и бассейн на крыше. Хочу также отметить отличную транспортную доступность - из отеля уезжали в Салоу - 20 минут и ты на вокзале. Если решим вернуться в Барселону - остановимся только здесь! Спасибо за наше комфортное пребывание!

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I expected I might encounter racism somewhere in the world, but never from a hotel front desk. The older and younger women at reception were openly rude and dismissive, while only the male staff showed any basic courtesy. On the second day, the glass table in my room suddenly shattered. When I reported it, the woman at the desk reacted with annoyance, as if I had broken it, instead of first asking if I was okay. Unbelievable. Because my 3-night booking was non-refundable, I had no choice but to stay, but every night coming back here ruined my mood. The beauty of Spain’s world heritage sites was overshadowed by the misery of returning to this hotel. If you want your 訂房網站 ruined, this is the perfect place to stay. ここは人生で最悪のホテルでした。 世界のどこかで人種差別があることは覚悟していましたが、まさかホテルのフロントから受けるとは思いませんでした。年配の女性スタッフや若い女性スタッフは挨拶もせず、完全に無視。最低限の禮儀があったのは男性スタッフだけでした。 2日目の午前11時頃、部屋で休んでいたら突然ガラスのテーブルが割れました。フロントに伝えると、その女性スタッフはまるで私のせいかのように苛立った態度。まず「大丈夫ですか？」と聞くのが普通ではないでしょうか？信じられません。 3泊の予約が返金不可だったので仕方なく滯在しましたが、毎晩ホテルに戻るのが苦痛でした。スペインの世界遺産は素晴らしかったのに、このホテルのおかげで台無しです。 旅行を台無しにしたい方には、このホテルを強くおすすめします。 여긴 내 인생에서 최악의호텔입니다 어느나라던 인종차별있겠다고 각오는 했지만 호텔프론트 직원한테 받을줄은 상상도 못했습니다 ^^ 진짜 충격적이었어요. 낮에있는 나이드신 여자 직원이나 젊은 여자 직원은 인사도 없고 개무시합니다. (남자프론트데스크직원은 친철했습니다) 그리고 둘째날 11시쯤 침대에 누어있었는데 큰소리가 났습니다. 뭐지하고 주변을 봤더니 유리테이블이 깨졌습니다!? 프론트에갔습니다. 낮에있던 늙은 여자가 테이블 치우고 청소하도록 담당부서에 연락하는데 마치 내 잘못인듯 짜증을 내더군요? 보통은 괜찮냐고 물어보는게 정상아닌가요? 내가 깼다고 생각하나? 굳이 여행와서 귀찮게? 그때부터 기분잡쳐서 다른 호텔로 옯기고싶었지만 3박4일 환불불가 상품이여서 그냥 묶기로 했지만 스페인의 세계유산들보면 힐링이됐지만 밤에 호텔돌아갈때마다 괴로웠습니다. 제가 3박4일 묶었을때 낮에 계셨던 여자 직원분들 왜 개무시를 했는지 진짜 궁금해요!! 동양인여자혼자라서 만만했나요? 뭐 집안에 안좋은 일있었나요? 어디 몸이나 정신이 아팠나요? 여행망치고싶은분들께 이 호텔 추천해요^^

O hotel é ótimo, bem localizado, limpo e com atendimento excelente. Fomos super bem recebidos e ainda conseguimos algumas dicas de passeios e restaurantes.
